Who's Eligible

• Employees (full time, part-time and contract), retirees and their spouses of eligible partner companies (suppliers, fleets, etc.) and universities where Ford recruits.
• Members, Customers and spouses of selected organizations/associations with close strategic ties to Ford Motor Company.
• Selected individuals sponsored by a Ford Motor Company employee or retiree through the Friends & Neighbors Program.
• Participation is by invitation only, not all suppliers, fleets, etc. are eligible.
• Two new products per calendar year may be purchased/leased in total.

WHAT PRODUCTS ARE AVAILABLE?

• Current model and prior model year vehicles sold in the United States (including Econoline and light trucks through E & F-350 series), equipped with any regular production optional equipment, may be purchased or leased. Some exceptions may exist and can be verified through VINCENT.
• Financing, whether purchase or lease, may be obtained at the customer's discretion from any source.
• Vehicles may be ordered from production or may be selected from the inventory of the dealership, if the dealer agrees. Dealers are not required to participate, but if they do, they must be an authorized Ford Motor Company dealer for the product sold and agree to abide by the New Vehicle Purchase Plan guidelines set forth in this document. (For example, Ford dealers may not sell Mercury products and recreational products must be purchased through a Ford or Lincoln-Mercury dealership, not a recreational dealer).
• Optional equipment installed by the dealership and after-market services provided by the dealership are not covered under the New Vehicle Purchase Plan. The dealership may charge any agreed-upon price for these items. Dealer-installed equipment or services, such as undercoating, must be individually listed and priced separately on the buyer's order and the New Vehicle Purchase Plan/Red Carpet Lease Customer/Dealer Agreement and Pricing Sheet.
• Each vehicle purchased or leased (Red Carpet Lease) will be covered by the same warranty and policy as those offered to retail customers.

WHAT PRODUCTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE?

• Certain commercial use or specialty products and certain "low-supply" vehicles as defined by Ford (see fdealer/lmdealer or VINCENT for vehicle eligibility).
• Used vehicles, driver training vehicles and dealer demonstrator units with over 250 miles.
• Products sold under any other Company plan.
• Prior year models purchased or leased after March 31 of the current year.
